Tom Thorn, the founder of , has an extensive understanding of the Australian dairy industry with a practical/hands-on work history from a farm hand to a leasee/overseer of his own family's 400-cow Jersey farm in the Goulburn Valley of Victoria.  This combined with almost 10 years experience at an executive level in the field of farm business management and nutrition, where the last six years were spent specialising in large herd management and business constraints analysis, has seen Tom push to develop a company that delivers a top-level service for dairy industry leaders in the south east of SA and western districts of Victoria.
